7th International Meeting: All-time record in Poster Abstracts, Terms and Satellites

Up until today more than 550 participants have registered for our upcoming 7th International Meeting. We have received 180 poster abstracts for display. Please note that registration for the evening reception is closed already. Registration for the meeting itself will close on April 17th.

Published: Call for Proposals for Independent Junior Research Groups

For the third time, the NRW Ministry for Innovation, Science and Research is enabling the setting up of three junior research groups in the area of stem cell research. In focus are applicants who have already had some experience after their doctoral work but haven’t ever run their own research group.

Plenary Session on the topic of “Translational Stem Cell Research, Property Rights of the Human Body and Biobanks”

A lot of clinical studies have been registered or are currently being prepared. The need for human cell material is increasing as we get closer to the applications for these technologies. With this in mind, biobanking for stem cell research is becoming more and more important.
